Aged 14-17 and interested in going backstage at Ventnor Fringe Festival? We’re offering the chance to explore the festival, watch shows, and meet performers all for free! As a member of the Fringe Review Team you’ll work in a small group to produce an edition of the Fringe Review Paper as well as online content about your experiences to be shared to Ventnor Fringe audiences.

Over the busy opening weekend you’ll get to watch a variety of shows and learn all about how a festival works, as well as meeting artists, crew, and performers who you’ll have the chance to interview.
Check out the shows we’ll be watching:
- Gorilla Circus: RPM – An exhilarating contemporary Dance and Circus piece all on top of a giant Treadmill!
- Anchored in Air – An aerial and dance circus show by disabled and non-disabled company Head over Wheels
- Barleycorn – A new musical comedy by Riddlestick Theatre
- SIX! Teen Edition The Musical – Curtain Call Creative bring the Global smash hit musical to the Ventnor Exchange Arena
- ARCADE – An audio/visual experience inside a darkened shipping container
- Chris the Juggler – A comedy street juggling show in the Fringe Village
You’ll work together to produce an edition of the Fringe Review Paper, which is distributed across the festival for audiences to read reviews and articles. This is a great opportunity to see loads of shows for free, learn more about festivals, events, and journalism, and make new friends!
