Aged 18-25 and interested in content creation, journalism, or live events? This is your chance to go behind the scenes at Ventnor Fringe, watch shows for free, meet performers and crew, and create content!
Ventnor Fringe is the Island’s largest arts festival, transforming the town with a whole host of boutique venues and pop-up bars. Running for 10 days between Friday 17th and Sunday 26th July, there’s over 100 different shows with a huge mix of theatre, comedy, music, circus, cabaret and exhibitions.
By joining the Fringe Review Team, over the course of the festival you’ll get to watch loads of different shows, as well as meeting artists, crew, staff, and performers who you’ll have the chance to interview. You’ll work in a small group to put together content to be shared to Ventnor Fringe audiences, both through the Fringe Review Paper and online.
We will supply laptops, mini microphones, and a phone for filming/photos, so you don’t need any of your own equipment to take part. However if you are a keen photographer or videographer you’re more than welcome to bring your own gear. There’s a bunch of different ways you can get involved as part of the Fringe Review Team, whether that’s by writing reviews, filming, taking photos, interviewing, or editing content, so just let us know which area you’re particularly interested in.
