Ventnor Fringe are looking for people to volunteer for artist liaison at this year’s festival. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working in the live events industry, as well as work amongst a wonderful team and meet new people.
Ventnor Fringe is the Island’s largest arts festival, taking over Ventnor with a whole host of boutique venues and pop-up bars. Running for 10 days between Friday 23rd July and Sunday 1st August, there’s over 100 different shows with a huge mix of music, theatre, comedy, spoken word and exhibitions.
Artist Liaison involves being a friendly face to greet artists at venues and being on hand to answer questions or help if anyone needs assistance. It may also involve meeting artists and taking them to their venue, as well as providing general assistance to the onsite teams. You may be the first member of the team that an artist meets so it’s important to be friendly and welcoming so that they have a positive experience performing at the festival.
