Wonderfell Theatre are looking for someone to join their team over the summer! They’ll be performing their show/workshop Travelling Tales at The Garlic Farm every Monday and Friday during the summer holidays, and are looking for someone to check and sell tickets, as well as showing the audience to the show.
Wonderfell Theatre Company creates and delivers innovative workshops and theatre for children and families. Travelling Tales is an interactive performance which takes families on a short walk around the Garlic Farm grounds interspersed with activities, stories and songs.
You’ll be the first point of contact for the families attending the show, so you’ll need to be friendly and communicative, and have good customer service skills! Your main responsibilities will include checking tickets, selling tickets on the door, and showing the audience where to go for the show.
Practical info: This is a paid position, of £10.50/hour. You’ll be needed every Monday and Friday, 10am – 2pm, starting Monday 31st July until Friday 25th August. This job is at The Garlic Farm, and you’ll need to make your own way there and back. This position is for those aged 18+ only.
