Ventnor Fringe are looking for people to volunteer as event stewards at this year’s festival. This is a fantastic opportunity to get to see some amazing shows for free, as well as gain experience and make new friends.
Ventnor Fringe is the Island’s largest arts festival, taking over Ventnor with a whole host of boutique venues and pop-up bars. Running for 10 days between Friday 23rd July and Sunday 1st August, there’s over 100 different shows with a huge mix of music, theatre, comedy, spoken word and exhibitions.
Event stewarding involves checking tickets and getting the audience into venues, and then sitting in on the show. There’s a huge variety of shows, so it’s a great way to see something different and experience something new. Alongside this you get to see how a festival works and be part of a wonderful team where you’re sure to meet new people and make new friends.
