Need a space to work from? Come and join us at Brave Island’s HQ! We’re funding a free desk space in our co-working area at Ventnor Exchange, giving you a great place to work among a community of different creative professionals.
Maybe you’re already freelancing or planning to set up your own small business but there isn’t much room at home, or you’d simply like to be in a more interesting environment. Our co-working room is set up with giant shared desks where you can have your own dedicated space to work!
This is an office as opposed to a messy space, so it’s ideal for graphic designers, writers, people working in marketing, or other office based roles. It wouldn’t suit a visual artist or maker who needs a workshop or studio.
Ventnor Exchange is an arts organisation hosting different creative clubs and workshops, a record shop, and a cafe/bar. It’s also where events like Ventnor Fringe are organised from, so it’s a great creative space to work amongst like minded people.
Practical info: This is an ongoing opportunity, to apply, please just let us know which date/s you would like to use the space and tell us about your creative practice and we’ll be in touch to confirm. We recommend giving us at least a few days notice to organise this. This opportunity is open to those aged 18-25.
