Your chance to gain advice and have an informal chat with Peter Higgin, co-founder member of leading theatre company Punchdrunk and artistic director of Punchdrunk Enrichment. Punchdrunk pioneers a form of theatre known as immersive theatre, in which roaming audiences experience epic storytelling inside sensory theatrical worlds. The company have created award-winning shows including Sleep No More (London, New York, Shanghai), Masque of the Red Death and Faust.
In 2008 Peter established Punchdrunk Enrichment to take the company’s innovative practice into communities and schools, creating performances and workshops with and for children, young people, families and communities. He has spearheaded the introduction of immersive learning in classrooms and schools around the world. Today Punchdrunk Enrichment exists as an independent charity.
With over 20 years of experience working in theatre, this is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to learn more about working in the industry, setting up a theatre company, or bringing theatre to young audiences.
