Interested in producing or performing site-specific theatre? This workshop is designed for you. Starting off with learning about assembling a team, budgeting, and how to make best use of empty spaces. The workshop then moves on to writing and performance, looking at how to come up with a story and construct characters. This opportunity is great for anyone interested in writing, devising, or making theatre. There is an element of performance but you don’t need to take part in this if you’d prefer not to.
The workshop is in connection with Forest Fables, an immersive festive children’s show taking place at Mottistone Manor throughout December. You can read more about the show here: www.forestfables.co.uk. Created by a group of internationally acclaimed artists, the workshop will be lead by the writer of this show, so you’re bound to learn a lot!
Practical info: This session will be delivered virtually via Zoom. We will email you a link to the video call. To apply, please tell us why you would like to take part.
Opportunity Date & Time: Sunday 15th November, 11.30am – 1.30pm.
