Internationally acclaimed circus company Barely Methodical Troupe are touring their 5-star hit show KIN right across the country, and we’ve persuaded them to include a visit over to the Isle of Wight to deliver a free workshop! In this session you’ll get to explore a range of acrobatic and devising techniques used by the performers to create their unique blend of circus/dance/theatre. Come along to meet the cast and try some new skills!
Barely Methodical Troupe is an experimental acrobatic circus company, fusing hand-to-hand and Cyr wheel with a through line of creative dynamic movement. They have three shows which have toured internationally to critical acclaim and many 5-star reviews! This is a really rare and exciting opportunity to learn with one of the country’s leading circus companies and would be great for anyone interested in acrobatics, circus skills, gymnastics, trampolining or dance.
We are also heading over to Southampton on October 21st to watch their new show KIN at MAST Mayflower Studios, please let us know in your application if you would like to join us to watch the show too. Tickets and ferry travel all on us.
