A 2-part virtual workshop hosted by Yoga with Boosh, looking at how yoga can be an effective tool for better mental health, with a focus on how it can be useful in easing anxiety and stress. You’ll learn simple practices that can easily be taken away into your daily life, to have in your toolkit whenever you feel in need. The workshop will be a mix of breathing, simple calming yoga flows and a short talk with an opportunity for Q&As at the end of each 1-hour session.
Practical info: We will send you a link to the video call. Wear something comfy that you can move in and if you have a yoga mat, feel free to use it, but it isn’t essential (a towel can also be useful in place of a yoga mat). A booklet will be provided covering the main points from the session, but you might like to have a notebook at the ready, too. The session will be recorded so you can view it at any time. If you missed the first session – don’t worry – you can still join this one!
