Want to gain experience as a camera operator? 9 of Cups Productions are looking for a Junior Camera Operator for a TV documentary called ‘Unexplained Island’. As a Junior Camera Operator you’ll be working alongside the crew, providing general assistance on set and secondary camera operation.
9 of Cups Productions is co-founded by Producer and Writer Rowena Amos, who has had plays performed at venues including Southwark Playhouse and directed numerous short films, most recently ‘The Day of the Sun Dog’ starring Paul McGann (Withnail and I, Doctor Who) and Kerrie Taylor (Hollyoaks).
The shoot is taking place on 17th and 18th April, you’ll need to be available both afternoon and evenings. The filming locations will be some historic buildings and a beach, this opportunity is well suited to a post-graduate or someone looking for further work experience.
Practical info: You don’t need your own equipment but you do require a car and driving licence. This is a paid role, with a day rate of £105. To apply, please tell us why you would like to take part, as well as any relevant experience you’ve had. This opportunity is 18+ only.
